Sean has considerable experience on large projects, which include commercial and institutional projects such as The Temecula City Hall LEED project, American Ag Credit, schools, mixed use projects around the state for Oakmont Senior Living, and many winery/vineyard projects.
Using expertise gained as an energy consultant for PG&E’s Savings by Design Program, Sean works with building owners and designers to optimize building energy performance and achieve cash incentives from the available utility programs.
Sean holds a B.A. in energy management from Sonoma State University. He is a CABEC Certified Energy Analyst (CEA) and Certified Energy Plans Examiner (CEPE) for both residential and nonresidential buildings. He is also a Certified Green Building Professional and a Certified Green Building Rater as well as a certified BPI certified analyst, performing field verification of building and systems performance.
