Our Residential Inspection Services have been categorized as an essential service, and CALGreen Inspection scheduling is active at this time. In the interest of abiding by the current requirements due to Covid-19, we will need to adhere to the following to ensure as much social-distancing as possible:
1. Standard six-feet social distancing standards will be maintained between the construction team and our inspector..
2. Submittal documents (VOC forms, weight tags, Plumber Signoffs, Insulation Certificates) must all be submitted digitally. These can be in either PDF or Photo (jpg, png etc) format.
