HERS QII Verification and a Free Webinar

The 2019 California Energy Standards uses QII as a Standard Building feature in all New Residential Construction for Title 24 Energy Code. This requires a HERS Rater to verify the proper installation of the insulation and air barrier at various stages throughout construction starting prior to insulation.
